🚦 | Horace Mann 5th graders learned about which foods to say "Whoa!" "Slow!" & "Go!" to today during a nutrition lesson with educators from Cornell Cooperative Extension-Broome County. Go foods are healthy and they can eat them all the time; Slow foods are something you probably want to have just once a day; and Whoa foods are those that you should only have once in a while.
