The Binghamton City School District is now offering ONLINE registration.

New Student Registration Form

Once you have clicked on the link choose the “Create Account” option at the top right. Once all your information has been entered, submit the form and the Registration Office will contact you with the next steps.

Students are not considered registered until all required paperwork is submitted. Required paperwork includes Child’s birth certificate, child’s immunization record, most recent physical examination form (from within the past year) or proof of upcoming physical, proof of residency (current mortgage/lease of a utility bill), and recent custody paperwork.

Pre- K Programs 

The BCSD is currently accepting Universal Pre-K Registrations for the 2024-2025 school year!  Pre-K Registrations are accepted on a rolling basis, but please fill out and submit all materials required and return to Attendance and Pupil Services at 98 Oak Street in Binghamton by March 28 to be eligible for the first round of placements.  If you have any questions, please contact the BCSD Pre-K Office at 607-762-8197.

These free programs are available for children who reside in the City of Binghamton who will be 3 or 4 years of age by December 1. Various district and community-based sites are available.

Pre-K registration cannot be done via Family ID. View and download the required forms by clicking the buttons below. Fill out all materials required and return to Attendance and Pupil Services at 98 Oak Street in Binghamton.

Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten registration will take place at the Pupil Services Office located at 98 Oak Street, Binghamton. In an effort to provide continued safety measures due to COVID-19 for our families and our school district personnel, we ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Only one family member per household will be allowed to enter the Pupil Services Office.
    If you have questions regarding registrations, please call Pupil Services Office at 607-762-8114.

  • Please note, the following records are required at the time of registration:

    • Parental identification

    • Proof of age (birth certificate)

    • Proof of residency (two forms)

    • Immunization records

    • Custodial papers (if applicable)

Grades 1-12 Registration

Welcome to the Binghamton City School District. We look forward to working with you and your student(s).

All students entering the Binghamton City School District for the first time, or moving back into the district, can register online or at the Pupil Services Office located at 98 Oak Street behind Binghamton High School. Enrollment forms are available in the Pupil Services Office, can be mailed to parents/guardians upon request, or printed using the links on the right side of this page.

Parental proof of identity, proof of student's age (birth certificate), residency (two forms), and immunization records are required at the time of registration.
